About the role
- Support the Boeing Enterprise AI & Data Vice President/Chief AI & Data Officer
- Manage executive schedules and calendar
- Coordinate business travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Plan and implement logistics for senior executive-level internal and external events
- Communicate information with multiple audiences, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain organizational operations and schedules
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting and engaging with organizational senior leadership and their teams
- 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members
- 5+ years of experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in coordinating and processing travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges (preferred)
