About the role
- Assist in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization
- Coordinate the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies
- Collect, organize and provide data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status for engineering capability priorities
- Ensure follow up action for issue resolution
- Lead process improvements, data management and technology enhancements
- Develop organizational and business performance metrics
- Develop organizational staffing forecasts and budget requirements, including use of Adaptive Planning system
- Develop executive level presentation materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience working with senior level/executive level management
- 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 3+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers
- 3+ years of experience in creating executive level briefings
