About the role
- Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements
- Monitors designated business traveler's logistics
- Generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges
- Verifies payments to corporate credit cards
- Establishes a strong network and arranges destination support by coordinating with the appropriate local contacts
- Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations
- Processes incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence
- Creates and implements business resources as reference tools for administrative support
- Provides guidance to less experienced employees
- Works under minimal supervision
Requirements
- This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required.
- 4+ years of work experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager role
- 4+ years of experience coordinating executive travel; including use of travel and expense reporting software
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills.
