About the role
- support executives within the Enterprise AI & Data (EAI&D) organization
- support the Enterprise AI & Data (EAI&D) Leadership Team by managing calendars for 3 directors
- coordinate domestic travel and reconcile expenses reports
- prioritize meetings to support the rhythm of business
- coordinate with other senior executive offices across Boeing
- schedule conference rooms and coordinate meeting logistics
- coordinate internal and external event logistics
- handle procurement invoices and other responsibilities to support the group
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Office Administrator supporting an Executive Leader
- 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members
- 3+ years of experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook across multiple time zones
- 3+ years of experience supporting and engaging with executives and their leadership teams to coordinate priority needs, support internal and external events, and provide effective travel arrangements
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
