About the role

  • support executives within the Enterprise AI & Data (EAI&D) organization
  • support the Enterprise AI & Data (EAI&D) Leadership Team by managing calendars for 3 directors
  • coordinate domestic travel and reconcile expenses reports
  • prioritize meetings to support the rhythm of business
  • coordinate with other senior executive offices across Boeing
  • schedule conference rooms and coordinate meeting logistics
  • coordinate internal and external event logistics
  • handle procurement invoices and other responsibilities to support the group

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Administrator supporting an Executive Leader
  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members
  • 3+ years of experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook across multiple time zones
  • 3+ years of experience supporting and engaging with executives and their leadership teams to coordinate priority needs, support internal and external events, and provide effective travel arrangements
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
