About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for overall coordination and delivery of common, company-wide medical services
- Supervise clinical staff which can include physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, laboratory and radiology technicians, medical assistants, administrative and medical records support
- Provide leadership, direction and technical guidance to clinic staff, including management of work-related injury care and occupational health surveillance examinations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and health standards
- Manage business operations with focus on performance metrics
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with business partners and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience as healthcare provider (Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant);
- active unencumbered license in either Texas, or Arizona
- 1+ years management or leadership experience
