About the role
- Leads planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of safety-related projects and initiatives
- Develops, implements, and maintains digital platforms, dashboards, and communication channels
- Creates, maintains, and distributes training materials, promotional content, and digital assets
- Collects, analyzes, and reports data to provide insights and recommendations
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
- Coordinates meetings, communications, and feedback collection to ensure alignment
- Supports special projects and initiatives assigned
Requirements
- Level 3: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Level 4: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience managing complex projects
- 3+ years supporting cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience identifying and communicating business requirements with cross-functional and/or cross-business teams
- 3+ years of experience leading teams and/or leading initiatives
- 3+ years of experience working directly with executives or senior leaders
