  • Instructs others in continuous improvement tools and principles
  • Develop and update instructional materials
  • Mentor’s instructors, experienced practitioners and leaders
  • Guides to the effective application and integration of LEAN implementation
  • Leads and facilitates complex and high-visibility process improvement efforts
  • Develops an integrated strategy and assists with its strategic deployment
  • Applies and integrates improvement processes and tools across the extended enterprise
  • Leads the development of new improvement tools
  • Benchmarks best practices
  • Leads and facilitates the improvement and standardization of enterprise policies and procedures
  • Assesses business capability and capacity
  • Represents the LEAN improvements function in program reviews

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years' experience utilizing LEAN strategy and concepts
  • Minimum 5 years' Supply Chain Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience interfacing with Suppliers
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by export control compliance requirements
