About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Instructs others in continuous improvement tools and principles
- Develop and update instructional materials
- Mentor’s instructors, experienced practitioners and leaders
- Guides to the effective application and integration of LEAN implementation
- Leads and facilitates complex and high-visibility process improvement efforts
- Develops an integrated strategy and assists with its strategic deployment
- Applies and integrates improvement processes and tools across the extended enterprise
- Leads the development of new improvement tools
- Benchmarks best practices
- Leads and facilitates the improvement and standardization of enterprise policies and procedures
- Assesses business capability and capacity
- Represents the LEAN improvements function in program reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8 years' experience utilizing LEAN strategy and concepts
- Minimum 5 years' Supply Chain Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience interfacing with Suppliers
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by export control compliance requirements
