About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive and analyze requests for proposals (RFPs) from United States Government customers
- Collaborate closely with specialized teams across various programs, including F-18, T-45, AV-8B, F-15, Harpoon, Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM), as well as Executive Transport, Bombers, and Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS)
- Develop comprehensive proposals that include appropriate terms and conditions, pricing, and statements of work
- Negotiate prices and terms with government contracting officers and review contractual agreements to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including estimating and program management teams, to ensure alignment and accuracy in proposals
- Maintain thorough documentation and records of all contractual agreements and negotiations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher by May 2026
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- University coursework or experience in a business-related function including but not limited to: Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Estimating and Pricing, Business Operations, Procurement Financial Analysis
