About the role
- Develop and support the Industrial Engineering team.
- Manage production schedules including future planning and current recovery schedules.
- Provide Industrial Engineering support for Lean and other production improvements.
- Lead future production planning including flows, resources, estimates, flow requirements, and metrics.
- Manage employee reviews, corrective actions, hiring, mentoring, and recognition.
- Oversee salary planning and retention exercises.
- Collaborate daily with Program Planning, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams.
- Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across disciplines and maintain program architecture.
- Develop and execute manufacturing plans aligned with program goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Production Management, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of Boeing Industrial Engineering experience in leadership roles, formal or informal.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
