About the role

  • Oversees support for the day-to-day operations of T-7 Business Development campaigns
  • Supports T-7 Business Development & Strategy leadership on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Works with T-7 Program and external customers and partners to define and execute team operating rhythm
  • Serves as the Business Development & Strategy focal for communication and coordination among stakeholders
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational focus and priorities
  • Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large Business Development & Strategy meetings/events
  • Maintains T-7 Business Development & Strategy tempo
  • Supports win strategies in steering meetings and gates

Requirements

  • Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
  • Experience with the Acquisition and Proposal Process
  • Experience leading and working in a cross functional and complex global environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
  • Experience working with international customers (preferred)
