About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees support for the day-to-day operations of T-7 Business Development campaigns
- Supports T-7 Business Development & Strategy leadership on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
- Works with T-7 Program and external customers and partners to define and execute team operating rhythm
- Serves as the Business Development & Strategy focal for communication and coordination among stakeholders
- Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational focus and priorities
- Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large Business Development & Strategy meetings/events
- Maintains T-7 Business Development & Strategy tempo
- Supports win strategies in steering meetings and gates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
- Experience with the Acquisition and Proposal Process
- Experience leading and working in a cross functional and complex global environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
- Experience working with international customers (preferred)
