About the role

  • Support the design, development, maintenance, and administration of compensation programs for the Union and non-Union hourly populations
  • Provide internal consulting services on pay, job design and classification in individual, business and regulatory matters
  • Support related projects with analytics, project management and subject matter expertise
  • Communicate with, educate and train customers on compensation and classification matters
  • Coordinate enterprise compensation program approvals, deviations or changes
  • Partner with various Total Rewards, Human Resources, Legal, and Finance teams to facilitate compliance activity for various pay regulations
  • Analyze metrics and consult on effectiveness of incentive and bonus design

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Human Resources and/or compensation
  • 3+ years of experience with compensation, incentive design and recognition programs
  • 3+ years of experience leveraging data analytics methods to solve complex problems
  • 3+ years of experience working with labor unions
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
  • Certified Compensation Profession (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBA) designation, or similar (preferred)
