About the role
- Support the design, development, maintenance, and administration of compensation programs for the Union and non-Union hourly populations
- Provide internal consulting services on pay, job design and classification in individual, business and regulatory matters
- Support related projects with analytics, project management and subject matter expertise
- Communicate with, educate and train customers on compensation and classification matters
- Coordinate enterprise compensation program approvals, deviations or changes
- Partner with various Total Rewards, Human Resources, Legal, and Finance teams to facilitate compliance activity for various pay regulations
- Analyze metrics and consult on effectiveness of incentive and bonus design
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Human Resources and/or compensation
- 3+ years of experience with compensation, incentive design and recognition programs
- 3+ years of experience leveraging data analytics methods to solve complex problems
- 3+ years of experience working with labor unions
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
- Certified Compensation Profession (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBA) designation, or similar (preferred)
