Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with government and other customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
Lead the development of program strategies, product offerings, and proposals
Ensure adherence to contract performance metrics and statement of work
Lead time sensitive material support processes and actions
Identify and manage program risks, issues and opportunities
Support various other special projects as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years’ experience with Program Management or Project Management Best Practices
10+ years’ experience leading teams in a formal or informal role
10+ years’ experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
5+ years’ experience with Government or Military acquisition and proposal development processes
5+ years’ experience working with engineering, field service, and supply chain
Knowledge of U.S. Air Force or government aviation maintenance practices
