About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic, omni-channel internal, external and customer-focused communications plans
  • Lead the creation of tailored communication and branding strategies that align with enterprise and/or business unit goals
  • Support a diverse services portfolio—from cabin product development and predictive maintenance to digital fleet optimization tools
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts
  • Prioritize competing projects and requests, managing multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on top strategic objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in internal, executive or external communications support
  • Experience distilling complex, technical and abstract concepts into concise messaging and stories
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
