About the role
- Analyze engineering documentation to determine process capability and conformance
- Perform data analysis of defect trends and present findings and recommendations
- Lead projects to identify root cause and eliminate defects and rework
- Execute quality build plan changes
- Recommend corrective actions to address non-conformances
- Perform engineering change review and verification
- Continuous improvement of quality engineering processes
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or another regulated industry
- 2+ years of experience in summarizing and/or reviewing documentation to develop informational or technical materials
- 2+ years’ experience collecting, organizing and analyzing data, summarizing findings, and developing conclusions
- 2+ years’ experience applying Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) or other similar rigorous problems/analysis/resolution processes
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical or related engineering)
