About the role
- Develop and review guidance material for certification topics.
- Advise program leadership on certification matters.
- Mentor Technical Lead Engineers and future certification leads.
- Author and co-author Design Practices and contribute to Technical Design Reviews.
- Collaborate on certification discussions across Enterprise.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 9+ years’ experience for Level 4 or 14+ years’ experience for Level 5.
- 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- 4+ years of experience authoring and reviewing certification plans for FAA and/or military projects.
- 3+ years of experience technical writing.
- 3+ years of experience as a technical leader.
