About the role
- Collaborate with experienced pilots and maintainers on instructional design
- Conduct training needs analyses and assess competencies
- Lead the creation of innovative technical learning solutions
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders for technical accuracy

- Conduct customer/stakeholder conversations and product reviews
Requirements
- 5+ years’ analysis experience in logistics and training
- Ability to research information for analysis, design, development, and evaluation
- Strong project management skills
- High level of skill in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with LMS like Moodle and Cornerstone on Demand
- Experience designing in platforms like Storyline, Articulate, and Captivate
- Must be able to obtain US Security Clearance
