About the role

  • Lead a team of Product Support and Systems Engineers.
  • Provide first-line management, coaching, development, and performance oversight.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate engineering tools and digital solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for process and tool enhancements.
  • Support talent acquisition and training efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent.
  • At least one year in a leadership role or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”.
  • 3+ years of experience in Aerospace Engineering.
  • Experience in Integrated Product Support elements.
