About the role

  • Develops, implements and maintains various material masters and quote back-up sheets to define and document as-built configuration.
  • Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
  • Develops and integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
  • Reviews and approves supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met.
  • Drafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.
  • Supports other teams as instructed to meet engineering commitments.
  • Working with SAP service notifications, Orders/Quotes, Purchase Requisitions, and Requests for Assistance.

Requirements

  • 1 year related work experience.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Solid understanding and ability to read technical drawings.
  • Good understanding of main principle units of aircraft.
  • Fluent in manufacturing engineering technology– familiarity with a most common manufacturing processes used in aerospace (metals, non-metallic, composites, etc.).
  • Familiar with the main principles of work with databases and software products.
  • Solid understanding of standards, drawings specifications, technical and maintenance documents.
  • Ability to provide technical support to other engineers.
