About the role
- Conduct Internal Security Controls through compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections
- Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective action
- Conduct Administrative Inquiries on personnel and processes
- Conduct Communication Security (COMSEC) duties
- Protect government and company information
- Lead Personnel Security processes for obtaining security clearances/accesses
- Conduct security awareness training and education programs
- Perform Physical Security duties within Boeing facilities
- Manage Sub-Contractor compliance
Requirements
- Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5) by the federal government within the last 5 years
- 3+ years of experience with Industrial Security
- Experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
