About the role
- Develops, maintains, and communicates strategies, policies, and initiatives to enhance mission assurance, safety, and airworthiness of Boeing products and services.
- Assists to develop, gather and document basic technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle.
- Assists with the application of systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to the design of basic system of systems, systems, and new product development.
- Assist with the development of best practices for Mission Assurance and Safety Engineers.
- Coordinates key milestones across BDS programs to ensure the timely execution of mission assurance F/TMARRs and independent reviews.
- Researches, analyzes, and compiles basic technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle.
Requirements
- Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Level 4: 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Level 5: 14+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Experience preparing with and presenting to executives.
- Experience analyzing data and developing metrics to track performance to plan for a business/organization.
