About the role
- Lead all phases of highly complex projects from initiation to closeout
- Develop, maintain, integrate and analyze program level plans and schedules
- Design and execute the integration strategy for plans and schedules
- Serve as primary project contact to establish stakeholder requirements and define scope
- Identify Risks, Issues, and Opportunities; perform high level studies/analyses
- Provide program governance, status briefings, and executive reports
- Ensure project control systems are in place and integrate data for decision makers
- Consult on and recommend best practice tools and processes across the program lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience developing and supporting project plans through the full project life cycle
- 5+ years executing programs using PMBP tools/methodologies
- Experience identifying and documenting Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership
- Strong presentation and communication skills with experience briefing senior/executive leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project
