- Manages multiple Production System Standards projects from inception to closeout, improving processes, tools and capabilities
- Foster problem-solving and continuous improvement culture
- Ensures first time quality of executive materials/messaging

- Works under minimal direction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience leading large scale project management
- 10+ years of experience as a project manager
- Experience with the Boeing Production System
- Experience interfacing frequently with senior and executive leaders
- Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Supply Chain
- Experience in a role that required cross-functional collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
