About the role
- Own day-to-day operational readiness activities for server-based environments (prod and non-prod)
- Lead patching planning and execution, including building/maintaining patch calendars
- Build and maintain a clear view of in-work items (backlog)
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with infrastructure, database, network, security, and vendor teams
- Act as technical lead/escalation point during critical incidents and planned changes
- Support environment improvements and operational hardening efforts
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in post-implementation support, help desk & hyper-care operations, system sustainment, and upgrade management
- 5+ years of experience testing internal controls, including key SOX controls
- 5+ years of experience with supporting regulatory compliance processes/audits (e.g. SOX, DFARS, etc)
- 5+ years of experience in ITGC domains (e.g., access, change management, IT operations)
- 5+ years of experience analyzing requirements to develop action plans and facilitate implementation efforts
- Experience with Application Development & Sustaining (AD&S) framework for information technology applications
