About the role
- Provide project leadership of multiple and simultaneous diverse continuous improvement projects
- Develop project structure, organization and operating rhythm that ensures successful accomplishment of priorities
- Use the Boeing Problem Solving Model methodology or Route Cause Corrective Action methodologies
- Work with customers and management to obtain project and milestone approval
- Identify performance metrics and plan resources required over the life of the project
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools
- 1+ years using Route Cause Corrective Action Methodologies
- Able to travel 10% of the time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
