About the role
- Provide project leadership of multiple and simultaneous diverse continuous improvement projects
- Develop project structure, organization and operating rhythm that ensures successful accomplishment of priorities, goals and objectives
- Use the Boeing Problem Solving Model methodology or Route Cause Corrective Action methodologies and Project Management tools to lead a geographically diverse integrated team
- Work with customers and management to obtain project and milestone approval
- Respond to changes to SOW, assess the impact and negotiate proposed changes to determine modifications to the deliverables, resources, costs and schedules
- Lead project execution to complete the work statement
- Identify performance metrics
- Plan, identify, and coordinate resources required over the life of the project or program
- Define plans for risk mitigation and opportunity
- Compare actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learned
- Provide technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 3+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools
- 1+ years using Route Cause Corrective Action Methodologies
- Able to travel 10% of the time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues in a multi-skill operations environment
