Lead and perform the identification, analysis, and documentation of requirements for network LAN technologies and services based on customer goals, objectives, cost and security constraints
Work collaboratively with other stakeholders in focused, agile-inspired sprint teams
Provide oversight and consultation of work intake processes
Create and document designs that conform to architectural and security standards
Prepare, deploy, and coordinate installation of complex implementation packages per Boeing standards
Provide Level 3 Incident/Problem Management support in preventative, proactive and reactive maintenance
Support and participate in component research to provide input for more comprehensive evaluation
Lead and perform implementation planning for tactical multi-technology insertion projects
Exercise critical thinking and innovative problem solving

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches & Cisco IOS implementations
3+ years of experience with Design, Implementation and Troubleshooting of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN)
3+ years of experience utilizing Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) network protocols
Experience in supporting after-hours change windows and implementations
Experience and ability with on call shifts, including weekends and after hours
5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
Current CCNA, CCNP or other Cisco Certification (preferred)
Experience with Arista networking (preferred)
Experience with Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud (preferred)
Experience with Cisco CLI (preferred)
Experience with NTP (preferred)
Experience with Palo Alto next generation firewall systems and Panorama (preferred)
Experience with IPSEC and GRE tunnel configurations (preferred)
Experience with Splunk (preferred)
