About the role
- Manage employees from multiple Supply Chain and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services
- Ensure team communicates supplier performance expectations and metrics
- Manage contracts with Engine OEMs
- Develop and execute project and process plans
- Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Oversight of the team to manage suppliers to the negotiated contractual documents
- Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management
- Ensure team executes supplier recovery actions
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities for employees
- Interface with Engine Manufacturing suppliers on procurement activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines
- 3+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
- 3+ years of experience managing people
- Willing to travel
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
