About the role

Support Search Platforms to identify the right problems that can benefit from data, AI, automation, or analytics opportunities
Develop business cases and value propositions, and track and visualize business case performance data related to value realization
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure as code (IaC)
Ensure system reliability, security, and performance through monitoring and automation
Design, program, test, implement, document, troubleshoot and maintain computing applications
Write and compile code and construct database objects based on documented design
Analyze information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs and other application architecture requirements
Work closely with business partners to understand business requirements and convert them into technical requirements
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to showcase functionality and feasibility
Serve as a subject matter expert for search applications and their integration capabilities
Configure Generative AI in Search applications and customize out-of-the-box UX and UI to meet project requirements
Partner with product management and developers’ teams to relay end-users feedback and contribute to increase positive user experience

3+ years of experience in implementing and deploying large scale enterprise-wide applications
3+ years of experience in at least one programming language and/or scripting language (e.g., C# , Java, C++, Python)
3+ years of experience with REST API integrations
2+ years of experience with Angular and TypeScript
Experience in search engines, search platforms and relevancy ranking (preferred)
Experience with Cloud services and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) (preferred)
Experience with Generative AI Tools and Prompt Engineering (preferred)
Experience with machine learning, RAG, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts (preferred)
Experience with Git version control for managing codebase and collaboration
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools (ex: Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD)
Experience in scripting languages such as Bash, or Shell for automation (preferred)
Must meet export control compliance requirements: be a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
