About the role
- Manage employees from multiple Supply Chain and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services.
- Ensure team communicates supplier performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
- Manages contracts with Engine OEMs.
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
- Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines
- 3+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
- 3+ years of experience managing people
- Willing to travel
