About the role
- Lead work with customers to develop and document complex structural and mechanical support equipment system requirements
- Lead and coordinate work to analyze and translate requirements into system architecture and hardware designs and interface specifications
- Lead work to test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
- Oversee the team that monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements
- Solve problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware over the entire product lifecycle
- Collaborate with Internal teams to develop effective and innovative GSE solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- 3+ years of experience preparing and coordinating technical documentation (engineering drawings, specifications, statements of work)
- Proficiency in advanced CAD modeling software (NX, Catia or Solidworks)
