About the role
- Lead US and international team members
- Partner across various teams in Commercial Estimating to drive strategy, development, and execution of improvement ideas
- Leverage estimating and technical knowledge to build next generation processes and tools
- Conduct analysis and mentor the broader Estimating community with estimates, pricing strategies, proposals, and business case analysis
- Drive the Estimating organization forward while continuing to learn and develop technical and leadership skills
- Develop and deliver training to support future Estimating skill needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in a business-related function
- Experience leading projects and teams
- Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
