Onboard and integrate new applications into SailPoint ISC, including connector configuration, schema mapping, and entitlement catalog management
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SailPoint ISC components
Perform identity and access governance operations, including access certifications, entitlement reviews
Support and enhance legacy identity and access management tools during transition periods
Develop and maintain custom integrations, rules, scripts, and connectors in SailPoint using Java, Beanshell, Python, or other supported languages
Collaborate with security, application, and compliance teams

Requirements

3+ years of experience administering and configuring SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or SailPoint IdentityIQ
Experience with identity and access governance/Identity Governance and Administration (IAG/IGA) concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), access certifications, and compliance frameworks
Experience programming in Java and Python
Experience with Beanshell, Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interfaces (REST APIs), SQL
Experience supporting legacy IAM tools and migrating workloads to modern platforms like SailPoint
Experience with identity protocols and standards (e.g., SCIM, LDAP, SAML, OIDC)
Experience with problem-solving and the ability to troubleshoot complex identity and access issues
