About the role
- Build and lead a team of Executive Coaches and Organizational Development Specialists
- Design and implement enterprise coaching development strategy
- Curate partnerships with top-tier executive coaching firms to build capacity
- Design and launch scalable coaching intake and matching process
- Partner with senior leaders and Human Resources Business Partner teams to identify organizational challenges
- Conduct thorough assessments of organizational health, culture, and effectiveness
- Deliver 1:1 and team coaching engagements at the executive level
- Lead initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines and shape organizational culture
- Develop evidence-based leadership programs to create measurable impact
- Measure the effectiveness of Executive Coaching and Organizational Development interventions
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leadership and organizational development
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- 5+ years of experience in facilitation, consulting, and relationship-building skills
- 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives and senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certified in and experience debriefing 360 and other psychometric assessments at the executive level
- 5+ years of executive-level coaching experience including a minimum of Associate Certified Coach certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
