- Assess, design, and optimize HR processes and technology solutions
- Gather and document requirements, identify technology solutions
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs
- Design innovative solutions integrating technology and optimized processes
- Lead cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery of products
- Ensure HR processes comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR processes
- Proactively identify opportunities for enhancement in HR technology and processes
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing technology within Human Resources
- 5+ years of experience using Workday
- 3+ years of experience in Benefits, Compensation, and/or International HR Operations
- 3+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical experts
