About the role
- Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans for complex projects and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
- Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
- Facilitates and ensures integration of project plan, schedules, and change management
- Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
- Coordinates commitments with internal and stakeholders to fulfill strategies
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with executives or senior leaders
- 1+ years of experience developing executive level presentations
- 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
- Ability to lead an integrated team through personal influence without direct line authority over team members
- 1+ years of experience being involved in Employee Involvement or Engagement teams
