About the role

  • Perform risk analysis and project planning
  • Lead and integrate project teams to develop strategy, plans and implementation activities
  • Engage with cross-functional organizations to define plan, identify responsibilities, and manage plan execution
  • Provide technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of the project plan
  • Communicate plans and status to Boeing leadership
  • Coordinate to evaluate existing materials for use as replacements or to qualify additional sources
  • Document completed risk project via coordination sheet
  • Identify and define process improvements for risk mitigation

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • Level 2: 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in multi-discipline engineering project management
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Capability to interpret complex requirements and provide a clear message
  • Ability to lead a project with team members towards a cohesive goal
