About the role
- Perform risk analysis and project planning
- Lead and integrate project teams to develop strategy, plans and implementation activities
- Engage with cross-functional organizations to define plan, identify responsibilities, and manage plan execution in order to meet engineering, quality, and schedule requirements
- Provide technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of the project plan
- Communicate plans and status to Boeing leadership
- Coordinate to evaluate existing materials for use as replacements or to qualify additional sources
- Study, evaluate, and solve problems where chemicals & materials are needed to support current production
- Document completed risk project via coordination sheet
- Identify and define process improvements for risk mitigation
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Level 2: 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in multi-discipline engineering project management
- Advanced analytical skills
- Ability to work independently while being a good team player
- Capability to interpret complex requirements and provide a clear message to team members and leadership
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to create, deliver, and share persuasive presentations to internal and external stakeholders
