About the role
- Acts as a key liaison between design engineering and production to support aircraft deliverables
- Creates and manages the program operating rhythm to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and progress tracking across the program
- Develops program metrics and dashboards; proactively analyzes and reports when metrics indicate potential issues or risks
- Drives follow-up actions on key initiatives and issues, ensuring accountability and timely resolution
- Leads all customer and Boeing senior management visits, including creating presentations, identifying key topics, and managing logistics to ensure successful engagement
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with the Leadership Team (LT), fostering collaboration and alignment across the program
- Develops and maintains the program’s (environment and culture) in partnership with the Leadership Team to support a positive and productive work environment
- Builds charts, presentations, and other communication materials about the program in partnership with the Leadership Team, tailoring content to the audience’s needs and expectations
- Collaborates closely with leadership, understanding the audience and context to develop effective, impactful presentations and communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10+ years’ experience in program or project management
- 3+ years’ experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience with aircraft systems, new product development or production
- Experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
- Experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
