About the role

  • Consult with IT and business partners to resolve highly complex issues
  • Serve as an enterprise wide role model in responding to key business initiatives
  • Develop, deploy and communicate new business processes and procedures
  • Lead enterprise-wide teams to support company initiatives
  • Provide counsel and support of highly complex Workday, Human Resources Payroll Systems (HRPR) and Business Process design and configuration
  • Influence, negotiate and act as a change agent for implementing complex, innovative process improvements
  • Lead the successful completion of enterprise-wide specific programs, projects and implementation activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical and/or functional experience with HR systems including but not limited to: Workday, Service Now, Human Resources Payroll Systems (HRPR) etc.
  • 5+ years providing guidance regarding HR policies, procedures, processes and services
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Consulting, problem definition, Architecture, Design, and/or configuration
  • Experience presenting to multiple audiences including executive leadership
