About the role
- Lead the support and sustainment of the design practice system across the BGS Engineering division
- Collaborate with technical working groups and program Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Execute engineering design practice system deliverables and goals
- Lead the deployment of design practices across the BGS Engineering organization
- Produce DP training materials, provide DP guidance, coaching and facilitate DP awareness training to engineering team members
- Collects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and data
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering discipline
- Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or Process Engineering including familiarity with engineering processes and requirements is preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including planning, tracking, and execution of deliverables.
- 3+ years of experience leading or contributing to cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or integrated solutions.
