About the role

  • Develops and leads enterprise-level strategies to ensure effective, usable, and satisfying user experiences
  • Conducts advanced user research including interviews, contextual inquiries, and observations

  • Develops interaction design alternatives and conducts usability evaluations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in user experience research and design, preferably in complex or enterprise environments
  • Experience designing for Human-AI Interaction and Conversational AI
  • Experience in persona development, particularly for HR and employee-focused systems
  • Proven capability to lead user-centered design projects and teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in usability evaluation techniques
