Apply industrial engineering concepts, approaches and techniques to products, processes and services
Support the development of plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, accident prevention measures, sequencing of operations and work flows
Participate in the evaluation of new techniques and technological developments for integration into the production process and service operations
Assist with designing, maintaining, and optimizing the production system by integrating design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and personnel
Conduct basic work flow design and analysis
Develop simple models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provide summary analysis and metrics for consultation to leaders
Support research, design, develop, improve, and implementation of processes and tools to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality for large scale systems integration and asset utilization
Support implementation plans and programs for facility/factory modifications and revisions to operating methods
Document product assembly instructions and standardize assembly practices
Support the preparation of operations plans, includes work statement analysis, budgeting and forecasts, capacity and constraint analysis and production change
Follow compliance requirements with established industry safety, design standards and ergonomic guidelines

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or a production environment (Preferred)
Exposure to working in a team environment (Preferred)
Exposure or application of Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles (Preferred)
Exposure or application of Project Management skills (Preferred)
