About the role

  • Develop comprehensive customer marketing plans designed to increase loyalty, retention, advocacy and grow Boeing Global Services
  • Support the Sales organization by developing targeted content (i.e. presentations and marketing materials) to assist in onboarding, engaging, upselling, and cross-selling new and existing customers.
  • Build and manage programs for referrals, case studies, testimonials, and user-generated content.
  • Collaborate with content teams to produce compelling customer-focused assets like success stories, emails, and educational materials.
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Portfolio teams to align efforts, gather feedback, and address customer needs.
  • Use CRM and marketing automation to track metrics, analyze customer data, and report on campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and overall experience based on NPS and CX data.
  • Streamline marketing processes, measure performance, and manage marketing technology tools to ensure efficient, customer-focused marketing execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B marketing, customer lifecycle management, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into marketing opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
