About the role
- Completion of 737 aircraft delivery to airline customers in China
- Financial management and reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Cost management, accounting, banking, tax planning and compliance
- Risk management, insurance, and internal controls
- Contracts management including service agreements and JV supplier contracts
- Manage team and develop organizational plans, policies, and strategies
- Develop relationships and partnerships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in a Finance and/or Program Management role
- 8+ years of experience leading and/or managing a team
- 5+ years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
- 5+ years supporting manufacturing and/or engineering business partners
- Proficiency in Mandarin
