💰 $191,250 - $247,000 per year
About the role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of an engineering functional enabler program (first year: Advanced Manufacturing)
- Capture and document technical knowledge, establish repeatable processes, and institutionalize best practices
- Design and deploy scaled training to enable broad adoption across engineering and cross-functional teams
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program, production, and supplier risks
- Grow and qualify the supply base to meet production volume, quality, and cost goals
- Integrate execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and sustainment
Requirements
- More than 7 years of experience with project leadership leading cross-functional teams
- More than 7 years of experience in project management including interfacing with suppliers, partnerships, and/or customers
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- CAM experience/budget management experience
- More than 3 years of experience with Program Management on defense related programs
