About the role

  • Lead and coordinate technical execution for Operational Flight Program (OFP) software teams
  • Ensure software development lifecycle is properly managed
  • Collaborate with systems engineering, test, QA, and supply chain
  • Mentor early-career engineers
  • Manage budgets and monitor performance indicators
  • Deliver objective forecasts and communicate status to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product development
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, engineering, and/or training services
  • 3+ years using Excel to perform data analysis
  • 3+ years editing PDF and Word files
  • Experience using agile methodology
  • Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
  • 1+ years of Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science preferred
