About the role
- Manage employees performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle
- Develop quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans
- Provide education and coaching on the Quality System
- Acquire and manage resources, provide quality technical management and lead performance improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
- Oversee review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility
- Manage, develop and motivate employees
- Able to travel to Everett 10% of the time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
- 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; developing conclusions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience performing statistical analysis (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience working with data visualization (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through a wide array of approaches (preferred)
- Experience with Engineering and Change Processes (preferred)
- Experience working closely with other engineering disciplines in an integrated team environment (preferred)
