About the role
- Champion the Boeing Values and Behaviors
- Establish the strategic direction, implementation, and execution of policies and procedures to safeguard National Security Information
- Oversee approximately 50 cleared Department of Defense (DoD) locations and more than 600 special programs
- Lead an organization of over 400 employees
- Act as the Senior Security Official for Department of Energy Programs
- Ensure adequate resources, skill sets, and workforce levels are in place to support compliance with DoD and Intelligence Community security policies
- Manage and monitor key business plans
- Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Shape and advance national security policy
- Promote a culture of security awareness
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
- 10+ years of experience building relationships and partnerships with all levels of employees, including executives in industry and government
- 10+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI
- 5+ years of experience with the NISPOM
