Mentor and grow analysts and data scientists; establish best practices for modeling, reproducibility, and data governance.
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, finance, strategy, and business development to align insights with business priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in market analysis, analytics, data science, or strategy roles
Proven track record building forecasting models and integrating results into business processes
Strong programming skills in data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
Advanced statistical knowledge and experience with causal inference, uplift modeling, or econometrics
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into concise strategic recommendations
Experience presenting to executive-level audiences or customers.
