About the role
- Manage the distribution of engineering product data through the Boeing Supplier Electronic Data System (SEDS)
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to track status and provide updates on any changes
- Review and monitor supplier data requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness before publishing documents to the website
- Responsible to process data distribution requirements for engineering product definition data (drawings, documents, parts lists, specifications)
- Oversight and facilitation of team meetings
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal team and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain
- Extract, analyze and prepare reports to measure key suppliers and internal performance-to-plan
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline and automate process flows
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
- 2+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Must be able to travel domestically as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree (preferred)
- Level 3: 4+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management (preferred)
- Level 4: 6+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management (preferred)
