About the role

Manage the distribution of engineering product data through the Boeing Supplier Electronic Data System (SEDS)
Communicate regularly with suppliers to track status and provide updates on any changes
Review and monitor supplier data requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness before publishing documents to the website
Responsible to process data distribution requirements for engineering product definition data (drawings, documents, parts lists, specifications)
Oversight and facilitation of team meetings
Collaborate and coordinate with internal team and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain
Extract, analyze and prepare reports to measure key suppliers and internal performance-to-plan
Identify and implement improvements to streamline and automate process flows

2+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
2+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Must be able to travel domestically as needed
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree (preferred)
Level 3: 4+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management (preferred)
Level 4: 6+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management (preferred)
